The Mid Iowa Small Business Development Center is available to assist in the disaster recovery  from recent flooding for area businesses.  Disaster recovery information, including disaster loan and grant information, useful links and deadlines, is available through the Iowa SBDC website at http://www.iowasbdc.org/Home/DisasterRecoveryInformation/tabid/1955/Default.aspx.  

The Mid Iowa SBDC will be available to help businesses of any industry and size with the paperwork and assistance needed.  They encourage businesses to get a case number from FEMA at 1-800-659-2955 now, even though the economic impact from the disaster may not be immediate.  With experience from the Floods of \\'93, the Mid Iowa SBDC, located at 10861 Douglas Avenue, Suite B in Urbandale is standing by to assist and can be reached at (515) 331-8954.
