Executive Director

Rachel Wacker

Rachel Wacker is the executive director of the Greater Dallas County Development Alliance. Wacker has a combined 10 years of experience in community and economic development with proficient knowledge on the topics of supporting business development and expansion efforts, urban renewal projects, business retention and expansion, lead generation, tax increment financing, and attraction marketing. Wacker has a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and mass communication from Iowa State University and is currently enrolled in the Oklahoma University Economic Development Institute program.

Tricia Even

Tricia is a recent graduate of the University of Iowa. She supports the organization's day-to-day operations and implements programs and events to drive member engagement. She brings a unique blend of experience in events planning, operations, bookkeeping, networking, and coordination.
