Iowa Certified Sites in Dallas County
Companies planning to build new facilities want sites that are shovel-ready and relatively risk-free. To meet this need, the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) rolled out the certified site program. This independent third-party program uses the nationally recognized site selection from Quest Site Solutions as the sole certifying agent.
